my wife traveled to dubai for child birth,she has put to bed but they are stranded due to travel document for my baby. the hospital has not issued a birth certificate to process the travel document.the hospital has required i get the NOC attested at the uae embassy before they issue the birth certificate. pls how do i go about this because my family is stranded over there in dubai. they need to come back home with the next flight
