How do I change the date of an existing appointment in PRETORIA. I can't this on line and the visa tracking system does not work as it wont recognise the apssword even the new applied one. No one answers the phone or returns emails

i have an organization and wanted to visit ukrain for the first time i have been to germany,france and norway.
do i have to bring my group for interview or send via courrier and how much is the visa fee preferably leaving by june -july
have been trying to upload my form for online appointment booking.Please notify whn its likely to be up.Im behind time wanted to book for the 28th December 2017
I would like know how long it takes to issue visas. I ask this because my children three of them applied for visa on 4th October 2017 they are supposed to be in school in Ukraine by
16th November 2017 up till now the visa is not in, their friends have gotten visa and left. What could be the problem. Please enlighten me because I am very worried.
