im told to wait for official invitation within
15 days (for ukrain) and within 40 days (for russia).
what do these time lengths mean with respect to the different countries

my question is for study september season .students who obtain invitation they wait for visa how long time?
I was a student in Donetsk, Ukriane, i studied 4 years of dentistry in the Donetsk medical international University but i didnt finish my fifth year because of the medical condition of my father, but now i am ready to go and continue the firth year in 2013/2014, The university will send me the invitation for applying to the student visa, my question is, could i get a student visa in the month of july, because in august i have practice study in the in university..
Please I need help in this investment
