I need to have this clear, has the Ugandan embassy in Cananda received any legal document from the Canadian president addressing the issue of Labour and immigration. It's was trending here in Labour recruitment companies. I would like to know whether this could be scam.

I wants to know if there is any way, the Uganda High commission in Ottawa can connect to ESO Personal at the Ugandan embassy in DC or here in Canada, am interested into submitting my application into recruitment for ESO, anyone who has connection, this please your help is welcome and appreciate of you please, some of us would like to bend and help the homeland, after spending 26 years of my time overseas and I have a lot in me knowledge wise to help Uganda, and keep safe from external threats to the government of Uganda.
