Why no response to my comments of 9th October, 2013?
Is there no one who knows the parties in question or have I asked anything which is unethical? I thought it is an acceptable practise to seek references of unknown parties.

After exchange of few e-mails, we have now plans to have some financial dealings. Before starting any transaction, Mr. Nureddin is insisting that I purchase an Insurance Bond for 9600$ from an Insurance company by name AK Sigorta / Insurance Company Istanbul
Turkey, and send it to him as Financial Security. He is not agreeing to my buying the same bond from an insurance company in India, which has what made me apprehensive. 9600$ is big money for an average Indian like me, and to send it to an unknown insurance company and that too in an unknown country like Turkey is really scarry. Hence this mail to you.
May I request you to let me know urgently whether Mr.Mehmed Nureddin, ARTI YATIRIM HOLDINGs, and AK Sigorta / Insurance Company - all 3 are genuine parties, and one can safely deal with them financially?

Dear Sir,
We would like to travel in July 2013 to Bulgaria Varna via Istanbul from Mumbai for International Japan karate Association tournaments. There are about 15/17 members and most of them are school students (age below 15 years). Kindly let us know the double enrty visa fees and the documents need to submit for visa. Can I submit all visa application together as a chief Instructor of team or they have to come personally.

Hi,
I have a multiple entry 10 year US visa stamped on my Indian passport. However, I am planning a holiday to Moscow, and would like to visit Turkey also. My tkt will read MUM-MOS-IST-MUM. Do I need to apply for a visa in Mumbai, or will I get a visa on arrival at Istanbul. I have visited Istanbul last year. Thank you.
