haw can the Iraqis get the Turkish visa to travel to Turkey, as we can't have a Turkish visa since 4 days?

I want to travel to Turkey, but my kids do not have a passport Do you have a Form to add their names to the passport allows them to travel so no note of the circle passports currently there and I am from Mosul ... "!"!
