Ed & Klaudia Kats writing. Dear Representative.
This short note is related to the our request which would allow Edward & Klaudia Kats – address above – to Pass through the territory of Turkey by our Automobile BMW 520 I which we purchased in the City Bielefeld Germany on 23/01/2015. As we planned our destination was Paphos Cyprus (residence of our relatives) where we suppose to permanently register car but, unfortunately after reached Athens Greece, we were in situation to come back to the United States so at the moment car past period of permanent registration. Know the situation, Greece Department of Transportation allow us to use car once we’ll reach Cyprus. All documentation on car, passports are in perfect condition. Circumstantially, we asking Government of Turkey to allow Edward & Klaudia Kats pass from the City of Fethiye to Tasucu where we may take Ferry to the Girne Cyprus. We would be deeply appreciate to assist us in this important for us request.
Sincerely.
Edward & Klaudia Kats.
