Need to close this office
For the past 5 month been waiting for the new birth certificate .call to see where and what how far are they no reply no ansewer of the phone .Call Washington to see if they can call New York, but they say there is nothing they can do about that. well this is what you call madness close this office and let we do everything in Washington . true it will be a hardship but when you do not care .then you have to pull the plug .they do not care get them out .there is other way to let them know they need to close this office.nothing is working same bad habit in Trinidad .do not bring that crap here.

Unfortunate
I have been trying to get information about my birth certificate so I may get a new passport. It's disheartening that I can call, inquire by email and leave messages without getting a single response. Where is the caring for your compatriots, why the disrespect?

Unprofessional and Backward
The workers in there are unprofessional, vague, and uninformative.I applied to renew my passport and paid to have it mailed back to me. A sheet was given after the payment, that the old one has to be mailed in or bought in. No one has the decency to say that before which means you loses the money. They are thieves, cheat, and a bunch of liars. This will get them nowhere and something really needs to be done and changes has to be made. They are nothing but dumb.

Unprofessional and rude
You would think that living in the US by now they would get with the program! Rude, unprofessional and ignorant attitude. Miami never answers the bloody hell phone. You call Houston and they tell you they don't see about passport renewal they proceed to put you onto Washington. When you call Washington they direct you back to Miami with a fax number and phone number that is no longer in service! Seriously??! Bloody hell ridiculous and incompetent in this day and age! Shame on you all.

Good Services
I have been going to the embassy for many years for myself and accompanying a pastor and his wife. I will agree the wait is extremely long, but the workers have been extremely helpful to us over the years. I have only good comments for them all especially Ms. Debra, Mr. Johnson, who is at the front, Mr. Craigwell and many more. May Almighty God, through His Son Jesus Christ, continue to protect every worker and all who enter the building, Keep up the good work. Do your best and God will do the rest. Be encourage in the Lord.
