Thai visa application
Dear Sir,

I submitted my thai visa application on 9th January,2017. my passport number BA0768745, but still it is showing that it is under processing. can you please let me know when I will get back my passport?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Good morning. I applied for tourist visa on 29-12-2016 through VFS(H # 3,R # 88, Gulshan -2 Dhaka). My passport number is AE3179983. I applied for visit visa with all required papers. As per rules I have waited 6 working days for processing visa. After this period I have checked visa status in your website and found status as application is under processing till 16th January 2017. Several times I have communicated with VFS Global over telephone, but they replied that " You have to wait since the passport has not been yet received from Thai Embassy". Pls suggest me for next procedure in this regards.

The way thai embassy in Dhaka operates is absolutely ridiculous. long story short I came from the UK to bangladesh in hope to spend news years in thailand with my bangladeshi wife. I did not require visa for thailand however my wife did and we submitted the application for the thai visa through a travel agent 2 weeks before our ticket departure. i also provided all our confirmed travel documents and hotel confirmation. in the end they never gave her the visa and returned the passport 1 week after our confirmed departure date and i had to pay penalty for our airticket and hotel deposit costing me over £200. thai embassy dhaka is just ridiculous. showing visa under processing forever and then never processing anything. I will never travel to thailand again after this experience. thai lost out by not doing their job properly as i was prepared to spend and boost their economy what a shame. be aware of all before submitting visa application at thai embassy dhaka.

Share my recent experience
I would like to share my recent experience about Thai Embassy Bangladesh.

On 3rd Nov ’2016, submitted my passport with NOC and related all documents from our office and from my end for the purpose of tourist trip. Almost one month visa application received and it under processing. On 29th Nov ’16 returned my passport without VISA.
After that, again submitted passport 14th dec’16 and 3rd jan’17 returned my passport without VISA. During this period I haven’t any call from you and lost my almost two months. How is your service level?
i was so worried keeping deadline in hand from my office.
Now i missed my yearly leave and Thai Embassy said you may collect passport same where it was submitted. Why there is no visa on book, so Fkn annoying. Do you think money falls from tree and we give you all, I think this is one kind of stupidity, why not be granted my application without any reasonable reason and no justification regarding my application. I having great loss right now money and time.

I dont understand why they are so leggy and dont work in time and also not give value to their visa applicants.
I m not interested in traveling to Thailand anymore and will take this matter to higher authority immigration bureau of Thailand if you don’t shows any reasonable reason or further what kind of document you have need.

Poor Service of VISA Processing
Dear Sir

Good day, I am fro Khulna, I was submitted my passport no. BL 0149456 on dated 08/11/2016 at Vhf center Royal Thai Embassy Dhaka, But not yet received now of my passport/VISA, My flight all ready cancelled.

Would you please inform me of my VISA status at your earliest.

My wife is serious illness , so it is big problem for me. I also withdrawal application my passport. but no information.

Your early reply will be highly appriciation.

Status is underprocessing for 20 days
It has been 20 days from the date of submitting the passport for thai visa but their website shows it is still under processing. Horrible experience.

Very Poor Service
Hi, I would like to share my recent experience about Thai Embassy Bangladesh.

On 6th Oct.2016, my assist. submitted two passports(me and my dad's), and as per my business trip on 29th Oct. i suppose to fly to USA but before that i had to attain visa appointment on 18th Oct. at 9.30 am.

On 16th Oct. still its processing no updates, in mid while we received 2 phone calls for confirmation and said we planned for family trip. i was so worried keeping deadline in hand.

On 17th Oct. i had no choice directly went to VFS and asked them to call their manager, once the manage arrived, i explained him my situation and showed him a copy of my USA visa interview on 18th Oct., but its seems he had no interest and so relaxing saying he cant do anything and has no proper info. (his was a hindu guy), later i got fedup and said, you are not worthy to sit in that position of manager, what type of office is this, you can even contact any Thai stuffs for an emergency, sorry but i cant help! he answered, later asked him give my passport give my passport withing 2 hours but he failed and i submitted withdraw letter for only my passport.

Next day i missed my US visa appointment and had to wait, a girl called me and my dad from Thai Embassy and said you may collect your passport from VFS. On 19th i went to VFS a got both passport without visa, then i really got so angry and asked the bloody stuffs, why did you all hand over my dad's passport, did i asked to give his passport or or submitted any letter, and why their is no visa on his book, so Fkn annoying.. Do you think money falls from tree and we give you all, i said in reply he said sorry sir we have no idea, then why do you sit in a office where you all dont know what you are doing or have no info.

After that i came back home and tried to reschedule US appointment and saw next date is 27th Oct. (and anyhow i have to fly within 29th Oct.) Just imagine how would i do that now.. even US embassy takes 3-4 days to issue and visa and my whole business trip and meeting are in deadline for Thai embassy's stupidity.. I having great loss right now (money and time)..

Im not interested in traveling to Thailand anymore and will take this matter to higher authority immigration bureau of thailand, if i cant make fly and attain my business meeting.
