My name is Arthur Godfrey Tumushime Mugisha (Annotazioni 20807279003), I am a Masters Transportation student at IED Turin. I have been here for 2 years but I will be having my group thesis concept car to be shown at the Geneva Auto Show 2014. I have recived an email by the IED university, saying I have to attend the show on the 05.03.2014, which I been looking forward to all year. But I am currently in the process of renewing my permesso, renew it on the 18.02.2014 (expiring on the 26.02.2014) . Is it possible for me to travel to Geneva on the 05.03.2014 with a receipt of the permesso because I'm not sure I would have the full permesso in time.
