Rude behavior of one staff member
We'd been to this embassy to apply for our Visa on Jan 25th and we were asked to wait after looking through few of our documents by a lady who was quite humble in tone. While we were still waiting, we needed water to drink..there was this another lady who was in there (please note that it was some other staff who helped us with our visa work, not even this lady) and my husband just asked her as to where we can fetch water for ourselves, she literally made such a big issue of it saying you need to say "Please" and need to carry our own water and that it is not a restaurant, etc. Not only this, our toddler daughter was a bit cranky and wanted to sit on the area where we were waiting..this lady now got another chance and rudely asked us if we would do the same thing in American Embassy..and said we need to take care. Literally it looked like that lady was intentionally taking out her frustration on us. Unfortunately my husband stopped me from talking to that lady else I would have told her something that she really needed to hear. I also noticed that there were two other gents who came in between and interacted with her, she was so so sweet to them...couldn't believe that shez the same lady who unnecessarily spoke to us rudely and made us feel as if we were so unimportant. The Embassy people should identify this lady and take her to task.
No matter what..no one can treat anyone so badly for a thing which is just so trivial.

I wished I asked for her name.. she was wearing a green and black jacket with gold3n hair...
