A follow-up is required about many times forgery of my details ,in travelling using my travel documents without proper consent/application by people who are dangerous to South Africa or your country like Mr Former President Jacob G Zuma/Cyril Ramaphosa.
For more informations about the proceedings you may contact those relevant authorities in Davos or the Rwandan permanent UN mission in Switzerland for clarification.I am a Rwandan but not from Namibia(Jacob Zuma???!!!!!!) or other fake holders of my travel documents/details.

Im from Swiss,i have been in South Africa for passend 9yrs. I have dirvooced last yr,my x Wife use to apply for me ever after 2yrs. She is an South African...so i need Help..where must i go..

We have one more day to get our Visas and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls over the last few days we have had absolutely no response. It has been beyond frustrating - I am presently holding on (after 20 mins) for the Embassy to answer their phone. It is so disappointing - both the French and Italian Visas were such a pleasure to get and everyone so helpful.
The contact nr of TLS is totally useless as it is never answered , how is it possible to be put on hold for 2 days and never speak to an agent ?? How can there be only one nr to phone ??
I wish to record my absolute dissatisfaction with your outsourced TLS. My family are Swiss (I am South African) and I know that this is not how the Swiss operate and believe that you should be informed as to the bad service being given on your behalf.
I was sooo impressed with the Swiss Consulate last time.
1. My children hold Swiss passports and I made application for a visa through Switzerland.
2. My last 3 year Swiss Visa expired in February this year.
3. Just to be sure, I contacted the TLS call centre to ensure that everything was being done properly. I was referred to the checklist on the website
4. I complied with every aspect on the checklist.
5. I sent 2 messages to their website and have not had the courtesy of a reply
6. I have now been told to resubmit as:
a. My photo is 7 months old, and should be 6 months old!!! – NOWHERE is it said that the photo must be no older than 6 months – POOR service and incorrect website
b. I am self-employed. NOWHERE does it say that for me to furnish my own company documents is wrong - POOR service and incorrect website
c. NOWHERE does it state that I have to have a letter from my accountant confirming that I am in private practice - POOR service and incorrect website
d. I booked my accommodation through Booking.com as I always do – NOWHERE does it state that this form of booking is unacceptable - POOR service and incorrect website
e. The call centre told me that I can have an agent deliver the documents as I was a postal application having a past visa, as long as I filled in an Authorization for Third Party form. They refused at first to allow my employee to hand the documents in saying that I had to come in. After a debate, she was allowed in and then experienced the (a) – (d) queries above.
Why are these points not put on the website?
I am enquiring about the official email and postal address for the banking ombudsman in Switzerland. Can you please provide me with same?

I would like to travel to your country in August and I need to apply for a visa.I have applied for a Schengan visa through the Spanish Embassy-would I be able to use the same Visa or do I need to apply for a Swiss visa as my travel plans have changed slightly.
