Speeding fines in Switzerland and Germany
I got flashed by a speed camera in both Switzerland and Germany. This was 5 months ago and I have not received tickets or notification from either country. I will be traveling again in June of 2012 and do not want to be surprised with a big fine when I return. That is what happened to a coworker in 2011 for a ticket he got in 2010. Where can I get information?

nursing home care
My stepfather worked in Geneva for over 20 years. He is a US citizen and now lives in the US. He is in need of a nursing home. His Veterans Affairs benefit will not kick in for 6 months. Could he be elligible for nursing home benefits in Switzerland for the 6 month period?
