good morning, i am british citizen and my wife is russian and we both live in cyprus. my wife has yellow paper that entitles her to live in cyprus.
my wife wants to visit her daughter and granddaughter in norway in july without me and needs a shengen visa. in cyprus there is not a norwegian embassy for her to get this visa only consulate which cannot give visa's, can you give information how she can get to norway legally from cyprus.
