مرحبا انا رجل متزوج عمري 31 سنة زوجتي عمرها 29 سنة ولدي طفلة عمرها ثمانية أشهر وأسكن في ريف دمشق منطقة وأعمل في شركة خاصة تبعد عن المنزل قرابة 70 كم وأنا أعاني من مرض السكري وأجد صعوبة في الحصول على الدواء فضلاً عن احتياجات ابنتي للغذاء والدواء لذا أرجو مساعدتي بقبول طلبي هذا ولكم جزيل الشكر
