I applied for a scholarship from Sri-LANKA but i have never been contacted and something more worse, was informed in the last minute to be told that i was to loose my chance. what will i do?

I'm a Sri Lankan PP holder representing the pioneer export oriented company here, wanted to visit Kenya as per received the invitation from the Keyan company for business purpose. We'll stay very short period like 5-6 days maximum over there. So pl z advise the procedure for apply visa to Kenya from here.
How can I get the visa application forms ie what is the link to download the visa forms and how long does it take to get the visas.
