ailyn you don't need early visa to enter sri lanka. you will get it on arrivel in Colombo Airport. but if you Can visit website www.eta.gov.lk/
to avoid any hussle in the airport and its much cheaper coz you just need to pay $20 instead of $35. you will receive a confirmation right away.
my wife also Philippine she had visit Sri lanka almost ever year without any difficulty

to avoid any hussle in the airport and its much cheaper coz you just need to pay $20 instead of $35. you will recieve a confirmation right away. you dont have to wait for ages to the original visa to be send to you as the confirmation is enough proof for you to enter Sri lanka and then you can book your ticket right away. hope you find this helpful. for the Sri lankans that wish to visit Philippines, you need to apply to the nearest Philippine embassy or Consular office in your country of residency personally. dont forget to take your NOC (no objection certificate) if you are currently employed especially in UAE, salary certificate, invitation letter in case you will visit your friends or relatives, and your flight etinerary with you. enjoy your visit in both countries xxx
