Hi my friend who has a filipino Parents was born in Sri lanka. but just 5 years ago came to Live in Philippines, but still not Registered. She can't get her Passport Renewed cos she hasn't gat (NSO) and the Pass Port was Expired already.
How to get her PassPort Renewed? and whats the Penalty for having an expired PassPort?
