BOTH THE CITIZENS MUST HAVE TO GET THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATES TO BE SEALED FROM THE EXTERNAL MINISTRY OF THEIR COUNTRY. AN AFFIDAVIT MUST HAVE TO BE CREATED AND MARITAL STATUS WILL BE MENTIONED THEIR. IT TOO NEED THE SAME MINISTRY SEALED. THEN INFORM TO YOUR REGISTER OFFICE TO FOR NON OBJECTION IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS IN SRILANKA BUT IN INDIA 5DAYS. GOOD LUCK
