Excellent Service
I live near Cairns and I went to apply visa in Sydney. The staff were very helpful to give me an appointment earlier so it suited my travel time. All was done incredibly well. Thank you.

Customer service
I went to the Spanish consulate last week and found them to be very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much.

PS:I deal with public in my every day work and some are so rude and impatient they are the majority winging about everything in life including here.

Agradezco tu respuesta.

Call to Spanish Consulate, Sydney re help with how to transfer funds to Burgos Hospital.
I have only praise for the polite and helpful assistance of Consulate staff who went beyond the call of duty to look up answers to my questions, and explain the procedures for transferring funds to pay for my recent hospitalisation in Burgos, Spain.

Terrible
This is the worst consulate I have met. Have been so many countries. Useless and rude.
