About the corruption
Dear sir,
I am a simple Nepali citizen who is living in Kathmandu to earn my simple livelihood. I am seriously concerned with an act of corruption of my friend who has been married with a Nepali citizen living in Spain in a regular situation. I want to detail the case in brief particularly to the honorable ambassador to India and Nepal of Spain, Mr. Francisco Javier Elorza Cavengt. As per your convenience and the rule of law, the Spanish embassy has appointed an indian agency to investigate the case of family regrouping for those Nepalese people who live in Spain to bring their family to live together. I don't think otherwise, and have no objection to this case to investigate the real authenticity in regards to the family regrouping. Honourable amassador, I want to kindly inform you that in the name of investigation the agents that you have appointed has been abusing their authority to the Nepalese people even if the couple are really married and have the authentic relation to their husband or wife who is soliciting the family regrouping in Spain. I know the case of demanding the money to the family who is genuinely married and are real family partner according to the Nepalese law. I am wondered how an european institution, the Spanish Embassy can appoint to the corrupt people to investigate the real situation of family evidence asking the money in each case irrespective to what the real situation is. The agent is asking the money to each case irrespective of what the evidence the family provides. According to the solicitor of the family regrouping, they also tell that if they can provide the money they can also be able to give the visa to any person even if they are not the real family members. So I want to ask to the Spanish Embassy that, is this the way of controlling the abuse of authority appointing to the Indian agents who are themselves corrupt? I have written this blog just to draw the attention of Spanish Embassy in New Delhi. If the case continues we are going to publicise the case in the main journal of Spain and also to the European commission providing all the proof. Please do not abuse the authority and do not give the trouble to poor people of Nepal. This is your duty to control the illegal act, we are always in favour of it. But please do not make the problem to the family regrouping to the authentic couple who are really married. Thanks for going through my comments. Hope to control this corruption on behalf of Spanish Embassy.
