do something!
what are you waiting for, when people are demanding for change at the reception, or is she working from your instructions i.e to frustrate her fellow country men and women.

where to study spanish
Where can I study spanish in kenya and sit for DELE exams part-time? I think you should facilitate construction of a centre which is publicly recognised and can easily offer these services.
