Refusal to consider my urgent need for visa
I have made all attempts to get my wife and child's visa issued by the embassy so that I can take my child for treatment in Barcelona but all my plea regrettably fell on deaf ears. It is very disappointing that even for emergency situations, no consideration is given. The least the embassy should have done is to respond to my emails.
I am now being forced to cancel my child's treatment because of your inconsideration.
