I applied for my visa on 12th may 2016. I had travelled various times to germany on business purpose before and the agency had guided me on documents and processes to apply for visa. This time I was travelling for tourist purpose and the VFS guys had no idea on the documents required. They did not check for the documents and did not guide me. My visa was rejected for lack of purpose reason and when I asked the VFS guys they said they dont know may be they didnt find all the documents. How can the agency not check the documents before delivering. Or did they loose it. My travel dates are on 1st June and I have appealed against the decision. But I would like more transparency or a more credible agency to take up the role.

What the hell is wrong with the embassy people ?
i already applied previously for tourist visa for 21 days and it got rejected after 1 month 20 days and i called to embassy with mails and calls finally they said to re appeal but i have very less time where my flight tickets are wasted so i rescheduled for another month and re applied with the vfs global and with fresh application.
Again the visa process started within 5 days the process is been done and got my passpost with again rejected , this time the reasons to my travel is clearly mentioned as i have training in spain , all company documents are been produced and still they have rejected my visa.
What i am supoosed to do i am not able to understand , the consulate general people aren't responding to any of my mails and calls.. One lady lifts the call and say to re appeal and it may take one month of time ?
what should me done nw ? HELL...
