Recuperation of Citizenship and Passport application
In November 2011 , using the consulate's web site I collected the documents required, went to the Consulate and after waiting about two hours (no appointments are given for the recup work) i was received by a consular officer, who reviewed my documents, collected my signature and took it to the consul for signature. Elapsed time: about 20 minutes. On 06/12/2012 I visited the consulate to apply for my passport. Again, between the Web site and an e-mail message i collected the documentation required. I entered the consulate at 9:00 AM sharp and left at 9:25 AM with my application completed. I should be receiving my passport in about three weeks. The secret to success? Take with you ALL the documents and items required, no more no less. Do not show up with an undocumented family tale hoping for a sympathetic ear. You will get someone to listen but at the end if you lack documents you are out of luck.

Phone and FAX numbers, e-mail address and postal address are in the consulate's site, just TRY to find them, they are there.

The Spanish government should be proud of this group of people working at the consulate. Their tax money is being well spent.

need to bring in shotguns- how?
the website for the miami consulate is not easy to use - the "contact" category will not disclose the number or the email address. Most of this site is in Spanish...
