Hy i want ask i have resident card for maxico and i m from pakistan we want travel pakistan from mexico via barcelona and we r no stay in spain just we use transit is we need spain transit visa if need then how much days for receving visa

I am a Nigerian with Temporal resident of Mexico but which to go to Nigeria for the renewal of my Passport. I need a Airport Transit visa.i do understand the cost is 60 e,but i dont know if i have to pay by money order or in cash?and again i need to know the requirement to get a transit visa.
