Requirements for Tourist visa and Invitation letter...

Why does Spain Embassy has 2 different address in Makati?
Im confused in here....Pls may i know if you dont mind, why is it that there are 2 address of Spain Embassy here in Makati?....one is in Gil Puyat and one is in Paseo de Roxas and both of them are located in Makati City?...

Hola! Buenos dias a todos, actualmente vivo aqui en españa, en madrid para ser concreto, tengo ya la nacionalidad española, queria informar me sobre lo que tengo q hacer para traer a mi madre en españa, ella tiene ya 65 años, por q estado en la delegacion del gobierno aqui en españa para solicitar la reagrupacion familiar para mi madre y me han dicho q le mande a mi madre en la embajada de españa en filipinas y q vaya a informarse, les agredezco mucho si puedeis ayudarme, muchisimas gracias y q tengais un buen dia, un cordial saludo!
