hi, im here in spain now and fixing my papers,my nbi clearance is needed to be legalized and my brother there in the philippines had already my nbi and authorization letter,. he went there in your office to ask appointment but you said to call the call center no, but he can not contact, he already spent a lot of money for the load and yet he can talk to the opertor, he is calling for 2months already

mabuhay!... kelangan po kasi ng anak ko ng nbi clearance, red ribbon daw po at kelangan ipa legalize at i translate sa spanish embassy... ano po requierement para dun, kelangan pa po ba ng authorization letter ng anak ko? kasi po nasa spain siya... gamitin po nya yun sa pag aaply ng papel nya as resident..pwede po ba kami ang magdala dun, at kelangan po ba ng appointment? salamat po..
naka appoiintment napo ako ng march 7, pero d pa complete requirements, noong pag kuha ko ng passport sa dfa na lost po iyong envelope ko na may tatak na march 22 kaya hindi ako nakaakyat, pero ngayon complete na ako sa requirement pede bang accept ninyo ako sa monday april 11 2011
kasi po madedelay ako sa flight ng june 2 na makakasabay kopo first time po kasi ako pls. emergency lang po
