Attestation of Documents
I have a colleague who is required to visit Equatorial Guinea, but unfortunately this country does not have an embassy in Tanzania. Apparently part of the requirement to acquire a Visa to this country is to get a Certificate of Good Character which then has to be attested and notarized in Spanish. Does the Spanish Embassy in Tanzania provide this service?
