My wife and I applied as a family for our Schengen Visa via BLS on the 16th August 2017. My wife received her visa on the 1st September but I am still waiting for mine. We are unable to contact BLS because they don't answer the full, their mail box is full so we are unable to leave a message and they don't answer emails.
