student visa to Spain and application form. I got information that if we
want to stay in Spain for a long time we must get a visa from
Spanish Embassy in Ankara. My brother want to apply. Is it necessary to come to Ankara for getting visa? Which documents does he need for visa? He has 17 years old. He has
own international passport. He going to study inBarcelona. First time his parents accompany him. Can his parents get a visa from Embassy of France in Azerbaijan ?

I've been inviting me from the General Secretariat of the National Development Party
Under the auspices of the Spanish Foreign Affairs and Cooperation to attend the national consultative meeting to be held in the capital Madridhah the Arab Center on 20/05/2013
I hope the statement of paperwork and the number of images and the amount required and the deadline for it and as soon as possible to the approaching date of travel with the knowledge currently residing in Turkey and whether a visa can be obtained from Istanbul
