Your Name has been considered for employment with OilSun Oil and Gas company, as one of our new employees who has successfully passed the Online Interview as it was expected and also from strong Recommendation from Your qualification experience and eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed OilSun Oil and Gas Management. So you are expected to get all your travelling documents ready through the Deputy Head of Mission Embassy of Netherlands India to assist you in getting your entry clearance from the Embassy of Netherlands Council in India, attached to this mail is official Contract and Appointment letter , you are to read through it carefully before proceeding as directed .
You are to contact the Embassy of Netherlands Immigration Deputy Head of Mission Embassy of Netherlands India Hon, Ms Dominique Nb Kuhling , who is Deputy Head of Mission Embassy of Netherlands in India because of her position as Deputy head we believe you will obtain express approval of Working Visa documents, considering the documents that you may be required to present before the Embassy of Netherlands High Commission and the nature of interview that you might face, the time and Visa delay, which might not be all that favorable to you and this organisation , thereby resulting to refusal of the visa to you. We therefore, decided to establish a responsible cordial relationship between you and the dutch Embassy Immigration authorities through Hon, Ms Dominique Nb Kuhling the office of the deputy head Mission of the Embassy for fast approval of Work Visa to our selected applicants without delay and to avoid long visa protocol which may result to refusal of visa.
Note: Sequel to the resumption of your job, she will assist you in joining, considering the essential of time involved;
she will assist you in obtaining of your necessary residence and a work permit papers/ VISA. As it was stated in the appointment letter soft copy; (a) That the OilSun Oil and Gas company Management will bear Responsibility of your Air flight ticket to Amsterdam Netherlands While every Candidates will bear the cost of there Visa Expenses which the company will reimbursed/refund after your Visa is approved and the Candidate arrives safely here in Netherlands (b) The OilSun Oil and Gas company will refund any cost procured by you within 2 to 5 day's of arrival Here in Netherlands, to all Candidates that are able to travel to Amsterdam Netherlands .
