ENQUIRIES ON SOLAR TECHNOLOGY UPDATE (GH) LTD AND AFFIDAVIT
12th November 2010
The
Dear Sir/Madam,
ENQUIRIES ON SOLAR TECHNOLOGY UPDATE (GH) LTD AND AFFIDAVIT

I am Maxwell M. Nyamadi of Accra High Court. I write to inquire from your outfit some important information.

My Nephew by name JOHN DUGAH is among a team of youth who were recruited by a company by name SOLAR TECHNOLOGY UPDATE GH LTD., headed by one Mr. Agbo Robertson, to travel to Spain for a training course in solar technology.

My said nephew has approached me to guarantee him for the trip, which I am willing to do. I understand your outfit is demanding for an Affidavit from us; we the guarantors of the applicants. My enquiry is as follows:

1. Is your outfit aware of any such company’s existence and its coordinator?
2. In swearing the Affidavit, to which level will the Affidavit end for you to consider it as a complete document? Reasons being that Affidavits may be sworn and signed either before a Commissioner for Oaths or a Notary Public, then attested at the High Court as final, and still some may have to go through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Legal and Consular Bureau.

I would be very grateful if you can furnish me with the right information to enable me to do the right thing for my nephew once for all.

For further details, my contact number: 024 066 0337 / 027 752 8489 Email: maxwellm.nyamadi@ymail.com

Thanks for your cooperation

Yours faithfully,

Maxwell M. Nyamadi
