I have graduated in M.A from Addis Ababa University School of Developmental studies in Department of Urban Development and Management; B.A. from University of Gondar Faculty of Social Science and Humanity Department of Geography and Environmental Studies.
I have five years experience as M&E officer and HIV/AIDS research and training officer and spent a great deal of time in facilitating the daily operations, giving technical and professional support to the implementation of program/ project activities, preparing and submission of annual work plan with budgets, periodic and timely reporting, procurement of goods and services in accordance to the project implementation guidelines, coordination and facilitation of trainings.

I graduated from Addis Ababa University in Social Anthropology (MA), BA in History, teaching Diploma in History and Geography with distinctions. Currently, I am student of Law Degree in distance program from Bahir dar University.
I worked for over 16 (sixteen) years at different positions namely as high school Teacher (4 years), Expert of Cultural Study and Preservation and Culture Main Section Team Leader. Also, I worked as Sociologist, Senior Social Development Officer/Community Mobilization Officer, Senior Project Officer on Nutrition and malnourished children management, Senior Project officer: Monitoring and Evaluation for Nutrition Emergency Project and Area/Regional Coordinator in National and International NGOs for integrated development and Emergency programs with multi donors and grants among the agriculturalist and pastoralists. Currently, I am a Lecturer in College of Social Science and Law in Jimma University. I worked on the project among dislocated and resettled camps and settlers in various cultural activities and organizing various community structures receive support and training.
As Area Coordinator, I managed the various community based programs and projects with community services accountable for all activities of social protection, community mobilization and community development within targeting all age groups elderly project, children and others) on themes like human rights projects, water, Nutrition, Health (human and Non human),education, children support and many others. I worked as project manager/Area Coordinator for about five years. I have also taken and gave various trainings including Building peace in Project, gender, human rights, Nutrition, HIV/AIDs. Generally, I have excellent experience of all competencies stated in your vacancy and free of smoking. I am interested to work with your organization since it has rich experience, the work is my interest and test myself in discharging responsibilities.
