To whom it concerns, I have visited many sites on the WEB, all have requirements. I am traveling to Addis next week - and will visit your Liase office (I am in DXB-UAE, but can find no tel #, Email etc.. I understood there was an Embassy or Consulate here in UAE - but cannot find a contact #. Other than a passport and application fee, and fee... What other requirements do I need to satisfy with your agency? I can provide an LOI (Letter of Intro), Anything else?
