Hi i am a Cameroonian student wishing to study in South Korea but their embassy policy hacve beign revised since the 1st of May. I would like to if they still issue out student visas especially 4 those applying for the language program. If YES why do they refuse to answer questions from applicants if tey do issue it pls i would like to get the requirements contact:

i wish to know the possibility o me sending my passport for the embassy to issue a visa, curry i am a cameroonian working in Thailand, but i wish to move in to south korea for a short language course. so i dont know if i must return home in other to get the visa?
certainly the visa can not be granted here because i have just a non emmigrant visa and do not have a thai working permit yet, so can i post my passport and my letter fof invitiation, for the embassy to issue me a visa?
