I am very delight to send my request regarding the above mentioned subject,I have
heard that from the news that your Embassy would like to open the sub office of South Korean Embassy here in Zanzibar.
My request is I have got a very nice premises(house) one story building which is situated at Chukwani facing the beach here in Zanzibar(please see the attachment) it is ideal for office as well as for accommodation,the distance is about 7 km from the stone town and about 3 Km from Zanzibar airport,the house contain about 8 rooms ,four rooms in ground floor and four rooms in the upper floor,it has large parking area to accommodate more than six car with garage of two cars also it has large storage of about 20,000 litres of water
The house is almost finished with minor work to complete and gardening /pavement
