Scholarship request
Dear/madam
I am really glad while i see what the Korea government posted the 2012/13 scholarship chance for developing country including Ethiopia.Next I faced alittle bit problem that is how can I apply for this PhD chance? Becacause I have MA in Public Adminstration from Addis Ababa university.
