First of all I want to say thank u to the south Korean people and government to give this scholarship chance to those most developing country's like our country Ethiopian to apply and to be a defender of Cronin problem in the globe like poverty through human development by investing more so, I'm Netsanet Addis, here in Ethiopia I am a masters degree holder in Leadership and Good Governance from Ethiopian Civil Service University class of 2013 but i'm still want to develop my level of understanding, attitude and skill through academic achievement since I'm so young men means, 25 years old so,i want to apply my PhD on community leadership and Governance and other related disciplines to ed over the the problem of the community by being servant leader to the near future at the grass root community.Than you very much.
