I am an Ethiopian currently I am at grade 12. My grand father is war veteran during the two Korean war period. I heard that South Korean Government give scholar ship opportunity to the children and grand children of South Korean war veterans. i have BSc degree in agriculture from mekelle university on July,2011, now i am instructor in wolaita sodo university since september 2011. as korean goverment announced a scholarship for 2014 academic year, suggests to submit/apply via embassy. but their is no clear way to apply for scholarship through embassy which is found in addis ababa. would you provide the way to apply. thank you in advance
