Received a job offer from Alpha engineering construction but have to pay 3 months accommodation in advance is this a scam please help can't afford to loose money I am unemployed

Anyone recv an email from Mendah Engineering Ltd beware that this a scam!! Coz no such company would let you come to a foreign countrry and ask you to pay yr own lodging for over 2 months before they buy you your flight tickets.
The scam for is to get you book and make payment for 2 month stay. THATS IS WHERE THEY COLLECT YOUR MONEY GUYS!! SO BEWARE!!

Kempess Apartment Rental (SCAM)
Well guys, this is the apartment recommended by MENDAH ENGNR / BANFERM ENGNR which they claim they will send food to the workers who book that place.

When you liase with the Officer from Kempess asking for quotation, here are the responds. THIS IS A SCAM they work together. DO NOT MAKE the payment!! :-

Good evening sir, apartment 102 is still available, the price is 450 Euro per month.
You will also be required to pay an administration fee of 25 Euro.
We accept payments through western union for reservation out of the country. If you
want to confirm your reservation for apartment 102,
you will have to make payments to the below address through western union.

When making payments, they will require a test question and answer. The question should be "Reservation" Answer "102"

When you respond to them, the send you the second email mentioning about the recommendation accommodation that is Kempess Apartment as following:-

Dear Mr XXXXXXX XXXX XXXX

    We have prepared a place for you in our organization and will be delighted to have you as
part of our team and hope your presence will be an asset to our organization.We provide
costumes and all working tools to employees, we are also
responsible for your to and fro flight ticket, visa and work permit. We also pay two months
advance salary to employees after their second week of work to enable employees to settle
down in their new environment. Upon successful completion of the probation period,
you will be moved to our company's residential area where you don't have to pay for accommodation.
You will have to make arrangements for your accommodation during the first two months of the
probation period, our organization do not make arrangement or provide accommodation to
employees during the probation period, we did so in the past but had failures from some
employees. You are free to look for a place to stay any where in the city or around the job site.
If you have a place to stay, we will need to verify that it is close to the job site and also save for
you. Our organization will reimburse you the amount you paid for your accommodation when
paying your first salary after your first week of work with the company, this is because we
have paid for  accommodation, work permit and flight tickets to employees who never showed

They will keep stressing you to make the hotel two month payment which is refundable as they claimed. Bullshit!

Okay guys!

They made the same offer, one hour USD$25/- (8 hours daily & 5 days job), one week USD$1,000/- and one month USD$4,000/-.

Return flight tickets for employee & 3 family members.

Also they recommend to book a refundable two full month for an apartment rental a Kempess Apartment (http://www.kempessapartments.com) which you CANNOT find the location address.

As for Banferm Engnr / Mendah Engnr website you can go to http://www.banfermengineering.com which ALSO you CANNOT find the office address.

Now after responding to them, they will call you and the numbers appear as +237 33120556 and when you google it will bring you to University of Buea (http://www.employersjobs.com/Employer_profile.aspx?EmployerId=7091&VacancyID=14086&Details=1).

They told us to make the hotel payment in full and email them the scan copies (payment made to Western Union by the name of NGWA VALENTINE CHENWIE. Otherwise, as they mentioned they could NOT proceed to make arrangement for the VISA, WORK PERMIT & the FLIGHT TICKETS.

Well, after so much researching.. THIS IS A DEFINITE SCAM!!!!

To good to be true isn't it as everything sound so beautiful yet fishy..

Visa processing
I do not think the visa processing is fair or just.
With a genuine bank statement I was rejected a visitor visa because of "lack of fund".
I think this is a source of making money.The process needs to be clarified and the list of major banks updated as I can't change my bank (Scb) to your list of banks to ask for a visa.
