E-mail from the said "Immigration Camerounaise" in relation to the Piccini Group Paul Biya Stadium project
Dear XXXXXXX
we are writing to inform you that
we have gone through all your documents, from your visa application forms to your work permit to your contract with PICCINI GROUP and all your documents presented to us by the Mr Massimo Alexandro, and we would like to inform you that since it is stated in your contract that you will be on a probation in Cameroon for 3 months, and you agreed that you will provide and take care of your own accommodation.
we need to see a proof of accommodation. we cannot approve of your visa without any proof of where you will be living when you arrive Cameroon for your 3 months probation with PICCINI GROUP. it is stated in your contract that you will be taking care of your own accommodation in Cameroon. so we are going to require a proof that you have where you will be staying when you arrive Cameroon before we can approve of your visa, and issue it to you.
so w are going to direct you to a state registered rental service from where you can book your accommodation, obtain a proof of accommodation and send it to us for your visa approval. as soon as you book your accommodation, send us the proof of accommodation receipt for your visa approval.

NOTE
Contact this state registered rental service to obtain a proof of accommodation.

Piccini Group for the construction of Paul Biya Stadium
Greetings. I have been receiving e-mails from a so called Piccini Group branched in Yaounde, Cameroon. The group offers a job for the construction of the Paul Biya Stadium at Olembe, Cameroon. I've searched the net about the said group and it does exist, so does the said Paul Biya Stadium. The offer was 85$ per hour within a three (3) month probation period wherein the employees will have to shoulder their own accommodation. After the probation period, the company is said to offer a long term contract wherein they will finally shoulder their employees accommodation etc. A few days later, the Cameroon Immigration e-mailed me saying that the visa application has already been submitted by the company, but they cannot proceed with the visa application without a proof of residency. They then redirected me to this so called kitiwum apartment rentals which is said to be a state registered rental service so I can book a room where i can stay at Cameroon within the three (3) month probation.
With further researches, I have found a similar case from scam dated last 2014. A group called Mekin-tech is said to offer the same benefits such as the 85$ per hour pay rate during a three (3) month probation period. The said company then redirected people to the kitiwum apartment rentals for a place to stay at during the probation period.
I wish to verify weather the Piccini Group offer is also a scam, considering the fact that the offer is exactly similar to that of the former Mekin-tech scam issue. The group seemed to be authentic as well as the Paul Biya Stadium project, but the Kitiwum apartment rentals was very doubtful since it has been the same rental service suggested by the late Mekin-tech scam last 2014.
I would to verify the authenticity of the job offer to know weather it is true or a scam for the further protection of the company's name as well as the people receiving the same job offer.
Thank you and best regards.
