Good day I received a letter in the post with reference no 1014/2015 - which home affairs required for documentations to complete the application - Original Police Conduct certificate Country of origin - my husband is from SA and already got a original certificate 2months back for the application and we actually send in the original and a copy but for some reason the documents is still required can you tell me if you will be able to assist us in this matter as well as for his full birth certificate?.
Dear Sir/Madame,
I need your kind assistance in the following matter; my Husband, a Georgian Citizen, wishes to travel with me(I am a Namibian Citizen) to Cape Town where we want to spend a couple of days before proceeding en-route to Europe. He can enter Namibia without a VISA, but apparently he needs a VISA for Cape Town/South Africa. Can he apply for this visa at the South African Embassy in Klein Windhoek and what will he be require to bring with him? Also, kindly give me indication of costs?
Regards,
Jackey Hugo
I have emailed every person on the Website (5 different people), not a single person has responded. I have tried calling the office for three days plus the emergency number, all for nothing. We must render important services in Namibia which could potentially have a huge financial impact on businesses within Namibia.
Can anyone please call my Office in Cape Town +27 21 552 8688 to discuss this with me.
Thanks
My 2 dogters is minderjarig ek ons moet binnekort Suid-Afrika, Upington toe gaan. Wat staan my te doen, want die pa kry ek nie in die hande vir sy toestemming nie, en ek is nie getroud met hom nie.
Wat staan my te doen om oor die grens met hulle te gaan?
Dankie

Good Afternoon
I have been trying to call the embassy in Windhoek since yesterday and today again almost the whole day and there is just no answer. Are they closed, is your telephone lines faulty or are the employees of the embassy just ignoring phone calls?
I would like to enquire about my passport, which I applied for in May this year and still did not receive any notification that it’s finished or not. When you go to the embassy they cant help you if you did not receive an sms saying that you can come pick it up.
My Mother is in South Africa and she enquired about my passport and they have replied back to her that it was sent to Windhoek in August already. We are now in October and still I did not receive anything.
I would like to know where I can take this matter up or with who. I now need my travelling documents urgently because of death in my family.
Can you please tell of advice about this matter. My contact details are: Cell: 0814392282, Tel:065-283116, Fax: 065-242448 or email: IsaacsK@oph.com.na
