Mrs. Pascale Francoise needs a reality check and needs to learn how to deal with applicants. Her behaviour and her tone towards the applicants are totally unacceptable. Who does she think she is? They always say they will call back but they never do. I have never come across such an incompetence rude person in my life.
To whom it may concern(and I hope someone reads this and takes this seriously)
Please answer to these questions:
Q1: How can the person who is in charge of the permits go on holiday and there isnt one person to replace and do that job?
Q2: Why is the personnel at the reception so rude and incompetent?
I have done my visas and permit for the last 6 years(work and study) at this Mauritian embassy and it has always been a horrible experience. Zero competence and always rude responses. I wish they would be taught some manners. They work at a slow rate and have zero concerns for the applicant's commitments to going abroad on a certain date. You say it takes 2-8 weeks to process an application. Having all the documents in order, how can you take so long? On top of that, they lie that they called you and you didnot pick up. Granted you are not lying, don't you see there is an email address on the damn form? I am utterly disgusted by this embassy and would tell anyone that is going there to be more firm and not take the bull they tell you. It is high time for someone to replace them and show some competence.

Each time I spoke to Mrs Francoise she gave me different information. Does not seem very knowledgeable. Would help to know who we can complain to or perhaps someone should make her or her superiors aware of this page.
I need to certify my qualification certificate for a university in South Africa. They told me that this should be done at the south African embassy of my consulate. So, should I call for an appointment first or is it possible to go any time?
