I've called everyday for a week and no one picked up. A lady on a voice mail says "leave your message after the tone", no one ever gets back to you. I went in to get a letter from the embassy that was suppose to be posted to me a week ago, I'm still waiting for the letter. What's the point of having an embassy to help the south africans when there's no help what so ever! Seriously
I am a South African/British citizen living in France. I am shocked and appalled by the non existent service from this embassy. The only kind and helpful person is the receptionist. Pull your socks up the rest of you, what do you get paid for? Embarrassed and had enough. Can you blame us for leaving this country.
Impossible to get any correct info from them,
Applied for my birth certificate,got one 6 month's later
with wrong place of birth,still waiting for correct one,at the same time I asked to get my ID number,this I asked for April 2013,never a reply,and almost impossible to get connected by phone,rotten service.The opposite applies to the one in Berne,they're on the ball,fast efficient
My sons dad resides in France.i need him to financially assist me in supporting his son.at the time he (the farther) lived a comfortable life in SA.please advice.my email. lizelle@c-events.co.za

I am despirately looking for a bursary(2014-2015) to cover an opportunity to study (Masters in European and International Business Law)in France (Lyon. I have already received a letter of admission from Jean Moulin University but they do not offer financial assistance.
The French Embassy in South Africa rejected my application without any reasons.
Please provide guidance.

I am so disappointed with France embassy , it's been more than a month I apply for a tourist visa for 10 days up to today I still haven't got an answer and I need my passport now? How long does is take to have a visa?
