I can't believe some comments written here, well, I for one, saw that the embassy was very nice. I called to ask for the requirements so that I wouldn't be incomplete when I arrived to process my documents for the visa. I was given the complete list and I got everything so that there wouldn't be any problem for me. In my case, the staff were accommodating and very friendly. My visa was approved because of their help and I had the time of my life in South Africa. It was an experience I'll never forget, and it all started at the embassy. I give my thanks to the employees. I hope that in the future, those who are getting their visas would come ready and complete so as not to go complaining when it's their fault.

Just called South Africa embassy and I'm really impressed with their service. If my friends and family ever need help or have any questions about their travel, I'll advise them to call the embassy, the staff we're really helpful. Thanks!

SA employees Attitude
It is really disappointing about the attitude of SA employees being rude to people. This are the people who gave work to them without them there is no embassy. From the information to releasing section wow you will lose your patient they have no manner at all, shame SA embassy, we do not know if the Consul knows about it. They will asked the clients to come back every day but when you talk to them you wont get the write answer. can we ask for changes? South Africa do something before the embassy name be rotten.
