Office of the state Attorney in Kinshasa,Office of the state Attorney in Lubumbashi.Gendarmerie de Lubumbashi,Embassy of Rwanda in Kinshasa-DR Congo.

Dear Embassador;
The above refers.
I am complaining about Mr Kapemba Kinyenda who is interfering in my work related issues. He is a Muluba from Katanga near Kamina.I am unrelated to such people who are Bantu of origin and he is contempting the court in South Africa while I am not related also to Losenzo/Ms Mayungani from Kinshasa.
I am a Rwandan of origin in any case in the RSA, and no contravention of Vienna is required from Congolese(DR Congo).
An investigation is required against them.

Urgent!

To whom it may concern/Interpol South Africa/Any commissioner/Office of the state Attorney in Kinshasa,DR Congo/Any nearest Gendarmerie also.

I need a confirmation about the arrival of Ms Mayungani with her son Losenzo in DR Congo,Kinshasa since some weeks ago.
They were a burden for we while I am not related either to Mayungani or to Losenzo.I want them to be summoned also in Kinshasa as to confirm their ideology of a continued disturbance towards everyone.
They must avoid a fraudulent transfer by UNHCR to South Africa. This is a difficult country nowadays.
They must contact those relates to Losenzo:The family of Nzabamwita(Nzabamwita Emile(Rukunyu)..His snap may be seen on facebook(Nzabamwita Emile).I never had sex with Ms mayungani,I repeat again.

Recall of General Bakambala to return back to DR Congo(Zaire) and his deportation.
Very Urgent!

To all.

Attention:President and Head of State of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

I would like to recall the General Bakambala of the Katanga Region to return back home after some few months while he had left the DR Congo.
It seems He came without proper protocol or permission from the Head of State of DR Congo which means that He did contravene the Law as a soldier/Military in the Army and Head of the Army in Katanga region. As I heard this morning, the President of his country is asking him to return with immediate effect but means must be arranged first. He came to South Africa without proper information or proper reasons other than spending the public funds of DR Congo/Katanga.He might soon on pension/was on pension but still working in the Katanga Region.

He must arrange further more such a trip to meet those who he is supposed to talk to:Brigadier General Joseph Nzabamwita in Rwanda(Gisenyi) or Goma-DR Congo(?).General Bakambala came to South Africa by misinformation or by mistake. He`s got a correct information.

He is bringing ethnic tensions among the population in South Africa and arousing them towards violence.

I have asked him to return home also due to his harassments towards my family.

PS:A confirmation from the DR Congo is required through the Head of State.

Stolen Rwandan passport(for Emeritus Reverend Pastor M Eliezer Munyakarama) from the South African Embassy in Rwanda by Pastor Theophas Ruterahagusha
Urgent!

To all.

I recently reported a stolen Rwandan passport by Pastor Theophas Ruterahagusha,in 2015,which belongs to my father who worked for long in DR Congo(Zaire) near Kamina. We are now Rwandan(as origin).

I`ve heard that he had planned to escape and travel to DR Congo soon.If found in possession of such a passport please do report it back to Kigali urgently. This might be one of reason for a continuous detention of my father. In previous reports,Rutera had been told to us that he was a deceased, but at my surprise it was a misinformation.I once heard about him in Durban. He became a dishonest Pastor. He is out of his work from Rwanda. This must be interpoled.
The passport must be recovered.

Suspicion of attempted robbery of my vehicle or vehicle funds by General Bakambala
To all.

I am reporting a matter of an attempted robbery by General Bakambala(who was a the commander of the Katanga region at the time I lived in Lubumbashi). He`s got some false allegations against me which are now psychiatric, till I can advise him to seek a help from a psychiatrist.

I have never got an affair with Mayungani and I am not the father to Losenzo. His father`s name is Mr Emile Nzabamwita.

I need a feedback to be sent to Pretoria Magistrate Court(Family Law)/Kacyiru magistrate Court in Kigali for discussion and to stop (Bakambala and Karemangingo) harassments towards me and my family.
