I do not know if ur wife is RSA citizen if yes then u can apply relative permit. After getting relative permit u can apply job and still need endorsement on ur passport for work from home affairs. But that's easy to get after receiving relative permit.
M khan i want to ask if i ll get spouse visa(temporary residence permit) can i apply for a job? my visa has rejected. i m re submitted it.my wife dependent on her father.can i submit her dad bank statement wit affidavit.

Sorry for the news, no if you are in south africa on visit visa you can not change your status from visit to study, work,business and any type of other visa. Before 26 may 2014, u can change status from visit to study, work and business but now it cannot. Also business and work visa have more strict requirement.
Posible if am in SA on visit visa can i change status business permit?
For study visa must received offer letter from the institution. For work permit must receive offer letter from the company. Without offer letter from institution no one can apply study visa. You have to contact your institution first for the offer letter. Other imp. Note if you are on visit visa in south Africa then u cannot change status from visit to study or visit to work. U have to go back to home country and apply their. That's the new regulation effective from 26 May 2014.
