I have got just one hope and that is you sir. Let see if i can conveyance you about my problem. My problem is my son Mr. Muhammad Danish was born in Johannesburg but due to a serious matter with my Pakistan wife, I sent him to my mother when he was only 2 and half years old. My mother did look after him very well plus my brother and sister too. But now situation is absolutely changed, my brother and sisters got marry and they are busy in their own lives. My mother and father gone old and it is difficult for her to look after him anymore. Due to this particular reason I decided to call him to South Africa.
I applied for his visa 4th times with my sister who was willing to bring him to me but every time visa refused due to missing documents or some other reason. Any way i deposited all the relevant documents and information whatever high commission required, but result is zero.
Then I applied for my mother and high commission granted her visa which i truly appreciated. Now the problem is if my mother come to me without my son it could be a disturbance for my son i.e. who is going to look after him, send him to school pick him up, serve him food etc. My father is also too old to take care of him.
Now for the fifth time applied again for his visa and still waiting for the outcome. My mother is flying 22nd of Feb 2014 and we are desperately waiting for his visa.
I therefore humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and please please grant him visa for him to be with his grand mother and father. He is very upset and depressed because he is too attached to his grandmother. It could be very difficult for him to stay without and adjust himself alone.
I implore you for God sake please grant him visa and let him start his new life with his father in our beautiful South Africa.
