Me and my colleague applied for the visa through visatronix TCS.(already have four visa which is expired).we submitted our docs dated 24th of January , but still waiting for any further response.
TCS have very bad services even not picking up their help line numbers. fortunately if the attend the call their behaviour is totally un accceptable.
fortunately they attend one of my call and jus told that South Afirca High Comission is closed from 10th of Feb to 21 of Feb.
is this true that your High Comiission is closed stated above dates.
would you please let us know the updates of our visa process as we need to finalize the meetings with customers in Johanusburg and Capetown.
This is our 4th time we have submitted visa through TCS , but ever find such poor services which we are facing this time.
me and my coleague are belong to sales adn marketing and we have non stop travelling , Europe , Hongkong , Dubai etc.
this delay really spoil our whole scheduel of next tavelling to our different buyers.
